Services

Our services help attorneys understand the clinical foundation of their cases through thorough medical record review and clear, organized reporting.

At Oath, our commitment to integrity extends to our billing practices. Most services are provided without a retainer and are billed at a transparent hourly or project-based rate. Flat fees are available for intake reviews depending on medical record volume.

Retainers are requested only for large or complex matters and are always discussed and approved in advance.

You can expect clear communication, predictable costs, and no unexpected fees.
