    Includes:

    • Case merit screening report as detailed above but with addition of a date-ordered timeline of treatment, providers, and facilities

    • Identification of critical events, delays, or changes in condition

    • Optional issue spotting or nursing notes column can be added per request

  • Similar to a merit screening but with specialized emphasis on the evaluation of whether care provided was medically necessary and appropriate based on clinical documentation and evidence-based criteria.

    Includes:

    • Analysis of inpatient admissions

    • Level of care determination (e.g., inpatient vs. observation)

    • Length of stay assessment

    • Identification of documentation gaps or clinical inconsistencies

    Deliverable:

    • 1–3 page summary report outlining findings, clinical rationale, and comparison to nationally recognized criteria (Milliman Care Guidelines)

    • Medical record indexing, organization, and bates stamping

    • Deposition question drafting (from medical lens)

    • Highlighting/bookmarking of medical records with case merit screenings and chronology reports

Do you charge a retainer?

What is your turnaround time?

  • Large or complex cases may require a retainer prior to work beginning.

  • Our consultants will always obtain authorization from client if work will exceed original retainer amount.

How does billing work?

  • Detailed invoices provided

  • Minimum billing increment: 0.1 hour (6 min increments)

  • Detailed itemized invoice is provided with every work product

  • Invoices may be paid securely and conveniently online through our trusted payment processing partner, Stripe.
